We are excited to invite you to our Winter Celebration of Learning and Concert on Friday, December 13th! This special event is an opportunity for our students to showcase the work from their elective classes that week, followed by a joyful winter concert.

Schedule:

  • The day will begin as a regular school day for students, with normal arrival times.

  • The Celebration of Learning and Winter Concert will take place from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

Transportation and Parking:
To ensure smooth logistics:

  • Families must park at the End of the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center and take the shuttle bus to school.

  • We will have two buses to shuttle families to school starting at 12:15 PM. Please plan accordingly so that you will arrive at school by 1:00 PM.

  • At the end of the day, students and their parents will take the shuttles back to the End of the Oregon Trail.

  • All on-site parking will be reserved for those with mobility needs. If you require a parking spot, please email Alex at mainoffice@themarylhurstschool.org to make arrangements.

  • ALL students will be dismissed at 3:00 PM including Middle School.

  • Please be aware that this is a 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM event, and you will not have the opportunity to arrive late or leave early. If an unforeseen event occurs, causing you to miss the shuttle, please call the front office. 

RSVP:
We kindly ask all families to RSVP by completing the Google Form linked below. This will help us prepare for the event and manage logistics. Please include the number of attendees from your family.
