I believe that all students can and will thrive in their learning environments. Throughout my career, I have strived to provide learning opportunities that follow the child’s interest and build on project-based learning with adaptations to ensure each student is included and succeeding in their life journey. I moved into leadership because I saw a need for teachers to be supported in their quest to educate all students. I have a passion for supporting student and teacher engagement and growth. I believe that families are important to the success of education and learning for their children and strive to build relationships with families, students, and teachers
