Lia Cernauskas
Lia joined The Marylhurst School in 2023 with a background in leading outdoor education summer camps. She also comes to the Owl classroom with experiences as a Habitat Restoration Specialist and a 3D Fashion Designer. Lia has a Bachelor of Science in Fiber Science and Apparel Design and she is a certified Oregon Forest Pest Detector. She is passionate about native plant identification as well as exploring art, science, and nature with children. She loves learning more about child development and supporting the social-emotional development of kids. In her free time, she likes to hike, climb, and spend time in her garden.
